Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a team of 8-10 fellows and implement technology related projects
A chance to create a positive impact by rolling out technology related projects in the three districts of Maharashtra
Mentor the fellows on using technology related projects to solve local problems
Work with Program team on ensuring children learn Innovation using local resources and electronics
Work towards setting up systems and framework that will capture qualitative and quantitative growth

Qualification:
Strong inclination towards solving real life problems
Strong time management, organization and communications skills a must
Fluency in English and Marathi will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage social media campaigns and engage with various stakeholders
Create and upload videos
Analyze and create social media campaigns and strategies
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram and Youtube

Qualification:
Fluency in English a must

Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Roles and Responsibilities
Work directly with the Co-Founder on designing the Fellowship framework
Learn from existing fellowships and fellows and design long term strategy
Coordinate with the Program team on making long term plans for curriculum that is aligned to the needs of rural children
Design curriculum that will help each student explore his/her passion
Work towards setting up systems and framework that will capture qualitative and quantitative growth
Include this growth in program strategy and create a long term organization strategy that will help us in supporting fellows

Maintain office records and policies
Maintain data and periodically update the date in the database
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Document learning and performance of staff members
Create monthly reports

Design fellow training kits and training for Innovation and Passion Lab
Document learning of existing projects
Work towards fellow’s leadership by giving them timely feedback and observing their work closely
Mentor a team of 8-10 fellows on their technical growth
